My Story
I coach from the inside of the rooms you're trying to get into.
Before I was a coach, I spent years inside corporate life — in the meetings where decisions got made, the promotions that got discussed long before they were announced, and the quiet moments where capable women talked themselves out of opportunities they were more than ready for. I've been the woman rehearsing her ask for a raise in the bathroom mirror. I've been the one who got the title but not the confidence that was supposed to come with it.
That experience is why I retrained as a professional coach and became credentialed with COMENSA — the Coaches and Mentors of South Africa — because I wanted to help women skip years of guessing and go straight to leading. My own career reinvention taught me that navigating change well isn't about having all the answers. It's about having the right person asking you the right questions, consistently, until the path gets clear.
